You cannot include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless there is appropriate authorization from the owners. Your products should not violate copyright or trademarks or defame anyone. You must confirm that you have the right to use the content and authorize PackagingCircle.com™ to produce the products.
By using our site, you agree that any material you provide does not infringe on third-party copyrights unless you have their permission. You also agree that the material is not offensive or questionable. You must provide accurate information for delivering your products. Misusing our site against the Terms and Conditions can lead to legal action. We are not responsible for content posted by other users that you may find misleading, offensive, or questionable. We are not responsible for incidental and indirect activities. Packaging Circle is just bound to the amount you paid for your order. You agree to the following conditions:
Indemnify, defend, and protect the website and its associates from claims or damages due to buyers’ wrongful acts or printing product issues.
Address infringement of intellectual property, scandalous content, and unauthorized access.
We and our associates are irresponsible from liability for death, injury, damage, or loss.
Recognize that we are not liable for any such incidents.
Our designs and layouts are non-refundable. We do not provide any refund in case of a change of mind or reconsideration of design and printing. Moreover, our company only considers giving 72 DPI as a low-resolution file to the customers. If any entrepreneur wants a resolution file, they must contact our team.
We are not responsible for errors after the final product printing approval. These are the following cases in which you are just responsible:
Overprinting
Size differences
Cracks in folds, cropping marks, or die lines
Spelling, grammar, or font errors
Bubbling marks and graphic punctuation
When placing an order, we offer the following options:
STANDARD: Free Ground Shipping, ships in 10-14 business days after approval (time not guaranteed).
PRIORITY: Free Ground Shipping, ships in 8 business days after approval.
EXPRESS: Free Ground Shipping, ships in 6 business days after approval.
Note: Final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST. Otherwise, one business day will be added to the shipping times.

We do not take any responsibility for any consequences or damages from delays in production, shipping, or delivery.
No one can hold us responsible for delays caused by technical issues, weather, shipping companies, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
The date of shipment and delivery can vary. It is estimated and based on supplier information and past orders.
Unexpected issues may cause delays but we work hard to make on-time delivery.
Packaging Circle will refund or waive rush charges where applicable.
Due to delays in printing or shipping, orders cannot be canceled.
For international shipments, we are not liable to pay. Customers have to pay all customs duties and fees.
Our company is not responsible for clearing customs for shipments outside the United States.
We provide the best quality and competitive prices.
We ensure your packaging must be delivered to your doorstep without extra charges.
We do not accept returns and refunds once the custom manufacturing process has begun. You may get your refund or return for custom boxes in these conditions:
Damaged during shipping: If the packaging is damaged, you must inform us immediately upon receipt. Do not accept delivery and sign for the acceptance of LTC freight. You will have to send clear pictures of the damages including outer packaging.
Not received as expected: Keep your eye on the tracker or tracking link for shipping. Allow 5 business days after the estimated delivery date.
Concerns with quality, quantity, or other issues: In case of low quality, unexpected quantity, and other issues, contact us immediately upon identifying the issue. Your concern will be considered only within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Provide clear photos to expedite resolution.
For stock products eligible for return, the item ensures untouched condition as received. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We only accept payments in the U.S. Dollars (USD). Your orders will be made in U.S. Dollars. We won’t begin your order process until we receive the full payment. The charges including all charges, duties, and postage expenses are paid by the Visa card or paid by the client of our site.
Customers need to pay half of the all-out request sum if they want free design assistance. We reduce the 30% fee in case of order cancellation. Before agreeing on the order, you must approve the order.
Packaging Circle only accepts changes before the printing process. Once the order is sent to the printing press, we will not make any changes. The cancellation of orders will be accepted within 4 hours after proof approval subject to a $65 and $25 fee. Cancellation after 4 hours will incur a 95% fee.
We give our 100% to reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as we can. Color matching and color density are not guaranteed because of limitations in the printing processes. The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved.
We only give a guarantee of the color reproduction for your print-ready files in case you ordered a hardcopy proof. Moreover, Packaging Circle is not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
We only accept artwork in at least 300 DPI. You are just responsible for your files. So, you have to make the right decisions regarding resolutions and files. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to your file. When you upload files, you must confirm that you own the material or have the right to use it when it comes to uploading files. If your content does not meet our standards, your content may be rejected without giving an explanation.

Packaging Circle does not use posse printing for most of our printing products. We may choose the printing method that we see as best suited for printing the particular thing or things. Our printing methods are based on the client’s requirements.
We mostly deliver the same amount of the ordered products. Packaging Circle also adds extra pieces without charging any cost. If you receive fewer products than you have ordered, we will pay you for the missing content. However, we strictly follow the general trade practice of delivering 5% extra of the ordered quantity.
We have a right to make any changes regarding our website, including terms and conditions, at any time. There is no permission required from us from the users. Once we revise the content of our website, it will be uploaded immediately.
